Enter the destination room and a short contents list, then add the box. Each box gets a number. Open the label preview, check your entries and choose Print / Save as PDF. Use A4 or Letter paper in portrait orientation and print one test sheet first.
Do I need sticker paper or a paid account?
No account or payment is needed. The layouts are for plain paper or full-sheet paper that you cut yourself. They are not templates for a specific brand of pre-cut adhesive labels. Check your printer instructions before using sticker paper.
Can I use labels in black and white?
Yes. Every label includes a written destination and box number. Color is a second cue, so your system does not depend on a color printer. Keep room names consistent to get matching room signs.
How do I keep my box inventory?
The list stays in this browser and does not sync automatically. Export CSV for a spreadsheet or JSON for restoring in this tool. If a download is blocked, use Show backup text, keep a copy and restore it with Or paste backup text. A PDF preserves printed labels, not an editable box list.
